        3 years strategic plan and content marketing strategy for fashion brand

      • Challenge

        As a global leading brand in outdoor sports, The North Face has been constantly innovating and providing products adapted to all kinds of outdoor needs, which are highly sought after by the market. As a result, TNF has accumulated rich marketing resources, but also brings confusion in management:

         

        • Lack of systematic screening criteria and content framework output management in the dissemination of seeding process
        • Lack of clarity in the priorities of the strategic plan for the next three years, resulting in a lack of direction
